it seems that almost all acs i students in this comp lab are addicted to this game, which i suppose is made for the movie 2 fast 2 furious. it’s like almost everyone is playing the game…
ok, fair enough, i fell into temptation on thursday night… and maybe that’s why i went back into that weekends syndrome again? maybe…
sigh…. wasted my weekends… again. sigh….
you know, i really don’t know what to write…. nothing much has happened too… or maybe there were a lot that happened. i somehow know that i did have something that i wanted to type here. but somehow they all just vanished from my brain at this time… i can’t think of any incident or any thoughts worth talking about. hmm…. signs of me losing my memory?
billy gilman’s voice is nice! ok, before his voice broke… went to borders on friday and listened to both his old and new albums, and my! what a difference one can hear! from the innocent, child voice to that boyband-singer-like voice… personally, i prefer the first. and probably, that’s why i do listen to aselin debison, and charlotte church. in case you’re wondering, i’m in no way a paedophile. lol…
one more week to prelims. i’m getting quite scared… haven’t really finished the syllabus yet, but yet, i haven’t been able to study properly the past three days due to the weekends syndrome.
by the way, the day before prelims, 17 august, is indonesian national day! whee… i want to go to the embassy for celebration, but then there are two things that requires me to think a few times. number one is the prelims, and number two is the fact that it may not be safe after all. you see, on the 17 august, from my experience the past few years, we can just walk in into the embassy to celebrate, without a need to go through checking or anything whatsoever. but the marriott hotel bombing in jakarta a few days ago just kinda like scared me. and who knows, anyone with a malicious intention can just walk into the embassy and do whatever they want.
hmm… just watched ju-on dvd a moment ago. not very scary, since i watched it on my computer screen. but it wasn’t a bad show either.
oh by the way, those of you wearing contact lens, make sure you wash your contact lens cases… i just remembered this report i read in the new paper last week about a girl who got herself blind because she didn’t wash her contacts case. apparently bacteria built up on the inside of the case, and that got stuck on her contacts, causing eye infection.
and those of you using blogspot, beware too… i just read from today’s new paper that one hacker managed to hack into someone’s account, changing his password, deleting all his posts, and altering his posts to one message which defames him. his case is actually much worse than that, since he was also defamed via e-mail, which apparently reveals his e-mail address, icq number, handphone number, and other contact information too. he was called a rapist, liar and cheater, apparently. but according to the report, he’s actually not. he even lodged a police report regarding the hacking of his e-mail and blogger accounts, as well as the e-mail itself.
haiz… i really don’t know what else to write. actually i’m tempted to talk about something else more personal, more about myself, but then i kinda decided against it, lest i really fall again…
hmmm… a friend’s birthday coming… must prepare something. this i will seriously think about later, after prelims.
