ok, out if boredom, i compile this list on the spot. this list is by no means complete, and items may be added/removed at a later time.
Dislikes
- When a Chinese auntie rambles on in Chinese just because I’m a Chinese at hawker centre, but switches to English when an Indian orders food
- When someone is hurt because of me
- Being praised. I just don’t feel comfortable with people saying that I’m smart or I’m hardworking or I’m observant or whatever it is
- When I spend hours and hours debugging a program, and it still doesn’t work
- Hard Rock / loud Techno Music
- When someone is taking my picture right in front of my face
- When one makes fun of other people because of their physical feature or something that they can’t change
- When I’ve spent so much time doing something for someone (anyone, in fact), but in the end that someone doesn’t appreciate the effort spent
- When someone is using some weird accent
- When I can’t solve a problem, and have spent plenty of hours on it
ok, that’s my dislikes list… will do the likes list later since i’ve to go and take my camera now…
oh, by the way… without the intention of copying from my friend’s experience, i did experience some kind of premonition the past few days. example would be on my way up the stairs to the lt today, i sort of thought that a friend might be going down the stairs, heading to the same lt. and lo and behold, the same person appeared, going down the stairs, heading to the same lt. lol…
